We are a family owned, Italian restaurant based in East Perth. We were opened in October 2015 by our chef Francesco Lucisano, a veteran of many years of Italian culinary experience from all over the world. Since day one, we have always selected the best quality ingredients for our customers, importing our Fior Di latte Mozzarella Cheese, flour , Buffalo Cheese and wine from Italy every week .
We like to cook just as Nonna used to cook many years ago, our recipes are passed down through the generations up to now. Our specialities include the fish called Baccala which is Norwegian salted cod, Capretto ( baby goat ) and many other authentic recipes cooked in the traditional manner but with the finest modern ingredients we can source.
Our pizza is made from scratch without yeast , since we make our own “mother yeast” ( lievito madre ). Our dough is then proved for a minimum of 48 hours before it will go on the plate , making it very easy to digest. Our pizza is made Napoli style with thick edges and thin in the middle; we use San Marzano tomatoes – DOP – the mark of high quality of Campanian tomatoes grown in San Marzano city, very tasty and very sweet.
Our mission is to deliver the best quality dishes to customers with passion and love, considering as a part of the family all of our customers and our staff members too. We want to bring to Perth the best and finest in Southern Italian tradition .
